Grade 4 Starting salary £18,940

This full-time post represents an opportunity for an individual with administrative experience to join the Quality Assurance team at Keele University and gain an insight into a range of areas of higher education administration.

You will be working across a variety of activities, providing administrative support for postgraduate research administration, quality assurance events and external examining. The role also includes support for the Student Conduct team. You will provide an effective and efficient level of support, demonstrating an ability to prioritise tasks and deal with enquiries in a professional manner.

You will possess GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English, NVQ Level 3 in a relevant subject or have equivalent qualifications or equivalent relevant experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment.  Experience of working in a higher education context would be an advantage but is not essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required, as are IT and administrative skills.
