Vehicle Service Adviser
As an experienced Service Advisor, you will help us deliver industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction. Our Mission as a company is to provide an experience to each and every customer that is beyond their expectations, creating a full and rich customer experience. By offering superior customer service and a quality product we aim to earn our customer's trust and loyalty.
You will provide estimates, book and schedule service and repair work and accurately invoice for work carried out. Keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage, you will advise of completion times, delays, extra work needed and advise on a recommend course of action and quickly respond to any questions or queries.
In addition you will ensure customers are fully informed of all available extras, accessories and value added products by using professional sales and customer service techniques, maximising service department profitability.
You will need to be a real people person, who has the confidence to quickly engage in conversation with a wide range of people, with the ability to negotiate and influence in order to deliver great customer service. You will be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast paced environment where there are set processes and procedures to follow, paperwork to complete and targets to achieve.
