My client is an established independent UK based Industrial Packaging Distributor, their expertise lies in shrink, stretch, pallet wrappers and strap and strapping machinery. They have two offices in Thatcham and Port Talbot and this position can be based on either site.
Due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen to add a confident all round Accounts Administrator to join the existing team on a full time, permanent basis.
What we are looking for:
Your primary areas of responsibility will include:
- Assisting in preparation of monthly accounts using Sage 50 accounting system
- Credit control
- Controlling stocks of spare parts and invoicing service call outs
- Contacts via telephone and email, investigating and responding to queries from suppliers and customers
- Stock control analysis, reporting to MD
The business use Sage 50 based accounting system as well as Microsoft Office products, applicants should be competent in using these.
We are looking for team players, candidates will be open to cover other office functions when needed.
