Arvato requires a suitably experienced PMO Coordinator to work within current project. You must have an excellent track record of coordination roles having provided these services previously either on projects or within a PMO directly. The role requires an excellent coordinator with good management skills and attention to detail, preferably with experience of document management. This role will work within current project team providing services for projects. Responsibilities will include: · Working on current project providing support for key project activities key Project activities. · Ensure deliverables are tracked and managed through the project lifecycle and that they are appropriatelyauthorised · Ensure effective quality management is in place by supporting Quality Reviews throughout the projectlifecycle · Assist PM with defining, refining and improving PMO processes and continuous improvement · Maintain and update various project documents and logs asrequired · Assistinthepreparationofreports,presentationsandotherdocumentsasrequired · Other general PMO activities asrequired Essential experience: · Experience of working in a similar role within projects · Proven ability to build and maintain relationships withcolleagues · Diligent with a strong attention to detail and willingness to takeresponsibility · Proven ability to support the delivery of significant change whilst maintaining strong client and internalrelationships · Experience of following defined processes within a governance framework and / or a PMO · Proven ability to perform consistently to tight timescales and with a high degree of visibility · Attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach to all aspects ofwork · Strong communicating and influencing skills at alllevels · Excellent MS Office skills andexperience Desirable: · Document managementexperience · Awareness of PRINCE2 or similar project managementmethodologies · Awareness of the public sector and/or BPOmarket Arvato is an equal opportunities employer, embracing diversity in the workplace.
