Interim HR Business Partner - Swansea

Our client, highly successful in its area of expertise, has the strategic vision of becoming a top national provider within its sphere of excellence. It is in the next phase of positive transformation and requires an additional dedicated resource to support its change programme. We are looking for an innovative and creative HR Business Partner with sound business acumen who thrives on culture change and wants to make a significant impact on an organisation. This role is all about being outward looking, future focussed and using innovative approaches to achieve the organisation's vision. This is a 12 month FTC.
This role will see you reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering and you will be an HR role model across the business helping to achieve the organisation's strategic vision. You will develop strong relationships with senior leaders and HR colleagues, collaborating closely with senior management to identify needs so as to develop a local strategic plan leading to the ultimate business vision. A creative and innovative approach to HR with fresh ideas on maximising performance to achieve this vision is encouraged and welcome. Using continuous improvement as well as a coaching style of leadership, you will enable line managers to take accountability, challenging stakeholders and teams when necessary. You will coach and develop managers to have clear and open conversations with their people about their strengths, limitations, development needs and career aspirations so to develop personal development plans to drive performance leading to top quality outcomes. You will also design and deliver training to help achieve this type of culture and performance.
If you are a well experienced HR professional, someone who has had an HR career in a customer focussed environment which has undergone significant change, we would welcome receiving your CV. Ideally CIPD qualified, you will also have a proven track record of successfully leading a team(s) using a coaching style of leadership to motivate others to build capability and drive performance. Conversely, when confronted with resistance, you will also have held stakeholders and teams to account using your professional expertise.
